Utilizing Project Management Institute’s (PMI) guidelines, ProSolv® CardioVascular’s project management philosophy involves working carefully with each customer to determine the implementation/project management approach which works best for them. All activities are carefully coordinated with the customer to optimize the success of the implementation. The customer’s convenience is an important factor in the establishment of deliverable dates. Proper project management and site preparations are key to the success of maintaining the implementation timeline and delivering the expected solution.
