ProSolv CardioVascular is fully committed to helping its customers comply with the requirements for security and confidentiality under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-91 ("HIPAA") and all regulations promulgated thereunder by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, including 45 C.F.R. §§164.500-164.534 (the "Privacy Rule") and 45 C.F.R. §§164.302-164.318 (the "Security Standards").

We’ve implemented several security protocols to make sure that every piece of information stays in the right hands, features that fit into our customer's overall HIPAA compliance strategy for clinical data management; User Authorization and Access Control; Role-Based Security; Auditing; Disaster Recovery Services. Only our customers that are defined as "health care providers" under the HIPAA regulations can and must comply with HIPAA standards.
